Production & delivery time

Each sculpture is made to order in our UK studio. Once you have approved your proof, please allow 1–2 weeks for your sculpture to be produced and delivered. We’ll email you at every stage so you always know where your order is.

Proof approval

Before we make anything, we’ll send you a digital proof of exactly how your sculpture will look. You must approve this before production begins. You’re entitled to one free revision at proof stage if you’d like to adjust the product.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the UK. Sculptures are packed securely to protect your piece during transit. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns

Because every sculpture is made to your exact specification, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, contact us with your order number and photos of the damage.
