What areas can I order?
We currently sculpt any location across the UK. Use the map in our designer to search for and frame any place within these regions. We are working hard to add further locations across the globe. We can work with areas outside the UK too, but please contact us to discuss.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. After you approve your digital proof, please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
What is a proof, and can I request changes?
Before we make anything, we send you a digital render of your exact sculpture. You can review it and request one free revision — for example to adjust the framed area or add a label. Once approved, we begin production.
What sizes are available?
We offer three standard sizes — Small (20×20cm), A4 (20×28cm), and Large (40×40cm) — as well as a custom size option where you can specify any dimensions up to 330×330mm.
What finish does the sculpture come in?
All standard sculptures are produced in a matte white finish. Custom finishes and colours may be available for commission orders — contact us to discuss.
Is it suitable as a gift?
Absolutely. Every sculpture arrives beautifully wrapped with tissue paper. Many customers order with a gift in mind — a proposal location, childhood home, or beloved landscape.
Can I return my order?
Because each piece is bespoke, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your sculpture arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
